Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift Days, Friday-Sunday)
- 3rd Shift - Weekend Days, Friday-Sunday (6:00am-6:30pm)
- Enjoy a $2.00/hour shift differential
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of production equipment and machinery
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and manuals to diagnose and resolve issues
- Use hand and power tools, including drills, measuring instruments, taps, and presses
- Utilize maintenance tracking software to document work performed
- Maintain knowledge of soldering techniques and basic electrical/mechanical systems
- Support production by assembling or modifying workstations as needed
- Work with Digital Volt Meters (DVMs) and other diagnostic equipment
- Assist with basic programming and troubleshooting of PLCs and microcontrollers
- Collaborate with team members to support all areas of production as needed
- Communicate with external vendors for equipment service, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Follow all safety standards, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Maintain flexibility to work across multiple production areas based on business needs
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical wiring, plumbing & HVAC systems
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, power tools and maintenance software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints and other documents
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with co-workers and supervisors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided
- Technical Diploma or Certification
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Lift up to 20-50 pounds at a time
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift
- Ability to work in a production environment with required PPE
