Lead Maintenance Supervisor – Haslet, TX 76052
Step into a leadership role where you will guide maintenance operations, ensure safe and efficient property upkeep, and use your EPA certification to support HVAC needs. This is a strong contract‑to‑hire opportunity for an experienced maintenance leader.
Job Description
- To lead daily maintenance operations across the property
- To diagnose and repair HVAC systems as certified
- To complete general maintenance and work orders
- To oversee unit turns and safety compliance
- To mentor maintenance staff and support property needs
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Pay
- $25–26/hr, based on experience
- Contract‑to‑hire
Required Skills
- EPA Type II or Universal certification
- Maintenance leadership or supervisor experience
- Strong HVAC knowledge
- Ability to complete general repairs independently
