Position Overview
As a Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent , you'll work directly with clients through virtual appointments while developing leadership skills that prepare you for future management opportunities.
You'll educate families on available benefit options, provide exceptional client service, and build lasting relationships—all while working from a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Education
Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations
Learn about each client's needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions
Explain policy options and available coverage clearly and professionally
Guide clients through applications and enrollment
Answer questions and provide ongoing policy support
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates when appropriate
Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships through outstanding customer service
Maintain regular follow-up with clients
Support clients throughout the life of their policies
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
Leadership Development
Participate in structured leadership training and mentorship
Develop communication, coaching, and management skills
Collaborate with a supportive remote team
Continue growing through ongoing professional development

Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
