Make to Order Fulfillment Manager

What's the role?

The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for directly managing the materials, pre-fabrication services and all
the logistics for Make to Order (MTO) projects. They are part of the Project Business core team that supports Hilti North America.

What does the role involve?

• Define and align supply and execution concept per project
• Gather specific logistics requirements via logistics project business checklist (e.g. labelling, packaging, # deliveries, unloading, timing, etc.)
• Check internal capacities and pro-actively proposes alternatives for potential bottlenecks of material
• Contact mainly for internal stakeholders (e.g. delivery planning, jobsite logistics, …) and internal interface for WM, TM, Prefab, Specials
• Project coordination between Field and Logistics functions
• Ensure correct order entry, manage changes, escalation, and collaboration with Project Business Project Manager.
• Additional duties as assigned.

What you need is:

• Outstanding communication and coordination skills and de-escalation skills.
• Experience in construction project management
• Supply chain and logistics background
• Knowledge of SAP processes for sales orders, fulfillment and production
• MS Office skills
• Competent and proactive approach to internal and if relevant external customers
• Independent working method
• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Minimum 3 years professional experience
• Hilti product portfolio knowledge as asset
