Bilingual Manufacturing Safety Manager – Rosenberg, TX Job Duties:

• Manage, enforce, and verify compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies, plans, programs, and procedures across manufacturing and field operations
• Promote and strengthen a proactive safety culture by establishing EHS objectives, tracking performance metrics, and reporting measurable results to leadership
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation including OSHA 300 logs, training records, SDS books, action plans, and compliance reports
• Prepare, conduct, and document routine safety meetings, emergency evacuation drills, and required regulatory training
• Perform and document stop-work actions, field audits, and hazard assessments while ensuring timely resolution of unsafe acts and conditions
• Conduct incident investigations, lead follow-up activities, and implement corrective actions in accordance with company incident management procedures
• Deliver in-house safety training and coordinate third-party training programs to ensure ongoing compliance with federal and state regulations
• Maintain employee training records, safety metrics, JSAs, and incident data within Velocity EHS while completing routine JSA sampling reviews
• Communicate EHS expectations clearly to employees, supervisors, and third-party contractors across all job sites
• Administer the company’s drug and alcohol program, manage PPE inventory, prepare customer pre-qualification documents, and develop job-specific safety plans while supporting leadership meetings and additional safety initiatives as assigned

Bilingual Manufacturing Safety Manager – Rosenberg, TX Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an EHS or Safety Manager role within manufacturing, construction, or general industry
• environments with hands-on application of safety programs
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required to effectively support shop and field personnel
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, or a related field is preferred
• Industry certifications such as CHST, OHST, ASP, CSP, or OSHA 500 are strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements and experience with EHS management systems
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with all levels of an organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including safety reporting, investigations, training, and presentations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel as required
• Must pass a clear background check
• Must pass a hair follicle pre-employment drug screening

Location: Rosenberg, TX
Pay: $80,000 – $110,000 annually
Shift: Day shift, with field and travel requirements as needed
