flux Core Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 to $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm )

• Perform flux core welding on metal components according to specifications • Read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely Inspect welds for quality and consistency
• Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

flux Core Welder Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Welding certification or completion of a welding program preferred
• Basic knowledge of flux core welding techniques
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow simple blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or shop environment

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
