Project Manager (Janitorial)
Responsibilities - Manage overall operations and ensure effective management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures.
- Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues and enhance operational procedures and systems.
- Supervise and train employees, plan and direct work, and conduct performance appraisals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and address any service quality issues.
- Develop and implement operations systems, including product handling, inventory management, and shipping processes.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and complying with legal regulations.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team and management to implement policies and resolve issues.
- Perform building walk-throughs and quality control inspections to ensure standards are met.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of managerial experience in the industry.
- Must satisfactorily meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check requirements.
- Proven experience with project work and operations management.
- Strong leadership, conflict management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices.
