Born and raised in Texas, I attended the University of Texas in Austin and, like many, fell in love with the cityso I never left! After spending nearly a decade working in a longtime State Farm agents office, I opened my own agency in Wells Branch, a community I love for its strong family involvement and spirit. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Marijane Billington - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
