Client Account Representative

Our firm is dedicated to providing top-notch client support while driving sales for our esteemed clients. We are looking to fill a full-time Client Account Representative on our sales and outreach team immediately. In this role, you will directly engage with customers on behalf of our clients, promoting, selling and enrollment customers into their available services.

Client Account Representative Key Responsibilities:

• Connect directly with customers on behalf of our clients through targeted outreach initiatives
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our clients' offerings to effectively communicate their benefits and value to customers.
• Connect with customers to determine their needs and offer personalized recommendations to enhance satisfaction and drive sales.
• Assist customers with the enrollment process and handling any related inquiries or issues.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics to monitor effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with team members and clients to align on sales strategies and ensure consistent messaging and service quality.

Client Account Representative Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• At least some prior experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or related field preferred
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate with customers and our clients
• Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,600.00 per week
