Schedule:

• Mon–Fri: 8:30AM–5:30PM
• Some weekends required

BGSF is seeking a friendly, professional Bilingual Leasing Consultant to support a busy apartment community in Houston, TX. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with residents, giving tours, and helping prospects find the perfect home—while communicating confidently in both English and Spanish.

🏡 What You’ll Do

• Greet prospective residents and conduct community & unit tours
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Lease and sell available apartment homes
• Complete applications, lease files, and daily administrative tasks
• Handle phone calls, emails, and resident communication
• Assist with service request follow-up and renewals
• Support marketing efforts, community events, and resident retention
• Provide excellent customer service in a professional and welcoming manner

✔️ What You Bring

• Bilingual: English + Spanish required
• Leasing or strong customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Polished, reliable, and detail-oriented work habits
• Familiarity with Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms (preferred)
• Dependable transportation
• Understanding of Fair Housing (preferred)
