Our Company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for our corporate office.
Responsibilities:
- Duties to include data entry.
- Check the accuracy of business transactions.
- Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs.
- Issue purchase orders. Receive and cost code invoices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting with preferably job costing knowledge.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
- Sage software knowledge experience preferred but not required.
