Receiving Inventory Clerk (Hiring Immediately)

Key Responsibilities:
Stocks and issue materialsCounts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory recordsEnsure the proper loading, unloading and handling of goods and materials by safely utilizing forklifts.Validating the received materials and goods with the invoices to ensure the precision of the goods delivered and completing all required documentationEnsure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions.Conduct Physical Counts and adjust inventory discrepanciesInvestigate and resolve inventory issues, including discrepancies, damages, and losses.Provide quality control by inspecting parts and removing any defective pieces.Raise quality issues to the next level if quality is compromised Counting, sorting, and weighing all inbound goods and authenticating the receipt of the same in accord with the packing slipInspecting the received goods, making note of any damages and discrepancies, and immediately reporting the sameQualifications:
