- Prior experience in a customer service position.
- Strong verbal and telephone communication skills along with active listening.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Data entry.
- Customer orientation and adaptability to different personality types.
- Available to taking insurance courses.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
