The Role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner to our clients, guiding onboarding, driving engagement, and ensuring that practices achieve real results with Prodoc platforms. You’ll coordinate conferences, events, and client success initiatives, collaborate with leadership on growth opportunities, and help create exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll travel to conferences, meet clients face to face, and play an active role in relationship building and new client growth. You may also contribute to interviews, vendor partnerships, and event planning alongside leadership.

This is a high-visibility, lead individual contributor role with strong potential to grow into leadership, operations, or partnerships as Prodoc Technology scales.

What You’ll Do:

Client Success & Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with office managers and clinical teams.
• Guide clients on platform usage and best practices.
• Answer questions and ensure a smooth onboarding and adoption.
• Monitor engagement trends and client feedback.

Platform & Account Operations:

• Manage client requests and account updates.
• Support platform activity and adjustments.
• Refresh content, campaigns, and seasonal features.
• Track usage insights and identify opportunities.

Conferences & Growth:

• Travel 1–2x/month to national conferences with leadership.
• Help set up and operate Prodoc booths.
• Demo platforms and engage prospective clients.
• Support follow-ups and new client conversions.

Operations & Coordination:

• Prepare and ship client materials or swag.
• Document feedback, bugs, and feature ideas.
• Maintain organized client records and communications.

Full-Time • Hourly + Commission • Travel 1–2x/Month (All Expenses Paid).
