POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide continuous observation of monitored cardiac patterns. Records monitor strips and communicates to the RN when dysrhythmias occur.

• Ability to read and write.
• Must successfully complete telemetry training program within 6 weeks.
• Prefer previous experience at cardiac strip interpretation.
