The Standards & Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing Jiffy Lube standards, ensuring successful implementation, and deploying resources to address any shortfalls. The ultimate goal is to ensure that every customer experience across the 2,000+ Jiffy Lube service centers is delivered consistently and exceeds expectations.
