In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal departments

• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person

• Maintain accurate client records and update information in the system

• Resolve service issues promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction

• Prepare and process documentation related to client services

• Collaborate with other team members to improve the client experience

• Track and report client feedback and recurring issues

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a client-facing or administrative role
