Responsibilities

• Self -directed ownership and bidding on project jobs.
• Manage and provide written quotations or estimates of prices, terms and delivery for standard, complex or non-standard merchandise.
• Negotiate jobs, prepare and send submittals.
• Responds to requests from customers and salespersons on matters pertaining to the application and operation of various projects throughout a region and satisfactorily address.
• Assists with the planning and presentation of training programs and other professional growth opportunities for customers and salespersons in the planning, installation, and operations of various projects.
• Complete write up and send final release of job to project management
• Resolves customer order problems and complaints promptly.
• Prepares correspondence and reports necessary for business transactions.

Qualifications

• Prefer Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) and/or two to four years’ equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have experience as a contractor inside salesperson or management of lighting projects and/or electrical distribution and control projects desired.
• PC literate with knowledge of MS Office , strong excel knowledge
• Excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills.
• Great customer service
