Call Center Customer Service Representative
Location: Arlington, TX – Distribution Center
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Full‑Time | On‑Site
We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Call Center Customer Service Representative to support daily administrative and call‑center operations within a fast‑paced distribution center environment. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
Available Schedules:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM:
- Monday – Friday.
- Tuesday – Saturday.
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM:
- Monday – Friday.
- Tuesday – Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate reports, perform root‑cause analysis, and summarize data for continuous improvement efforts.
- Utilize multiple systems, including MS Office Suite, Crystal Reports, QlikView, OMS, Yard View, and PKMS .
- Research customer orders and respond to inquiries via professional email communication.
- Confirm delivery windows, communicate expectations, and follow up on delivery experiences.
- Answer and route incoming calls while providing excellent customer service.
- Complete daily paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Support team development through cross‑training and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA‑compliant work area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with distribution or logistics systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
