Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, program management, or transformation roles Proven experience working closely with VP level and senior leadership
Strong understanding of software development, digital platforms, and modern SDLC practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of discretion
