Overall Function:

Supports the store management team in creating an environment in which all customers are given exceptional service. A cabi Outlet Key Holder has a keen eye for fashion and a passion for building relationships with customers and coworkers. Key Holders play an essential role in managing day-to-day operations and are expected to tackle each day with a leadership mindset.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Opening and closing the store.· Supporting the store management team in creating an environment in which all customers are given exceptional service.· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.· Assist the management team with all merchandising· Inventory control· Ability to delegate and be a positive role model· Assists management team in tracking store performance· Outgoing with a positive outlook· Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours· Maintains regular, reliable attendance·· Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department. Screens calls for executives.· Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Qualifications:

· Proven working experience as a retail associate or supervisor.

· Good communication skills for communicating with staff and clients.

· Basic computer skills and ability to utilize standard Microsoft programs (excel, outlook, word, etc)

· Ability to count monies and manage store assets and data with integrity.
