We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a passion for organizing exceptional events, ensuring every element is aligned with client goals and company standards. You will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and post-event evaluation of a wide range of corporate and community events.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion
Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and equipment
Develop and manage event timelines and budgets
Collaborate with clients, team members, and partners to ensure smooth event execution
Handle on-site coordination, setup, and breakdown
Track post-event metrics and compile reports for evaluation
Manage permits, contracts, and compliance with local regulations
Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders throughout the planning process
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating events or related roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and under tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
