Requirements

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not always required).
• Previous experience in general labor, construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or related fields a plus, but not required.
• On-the-job training may be provided depending on assignment.

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely.
• Basic communication skills (verbal and written) to understand directions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and reliability – must be punctual and dependable.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry materials (commonly 25–50 lbs; heavier weights with assistance).
• Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks and maintaining productivity throughout the shift.

Work Environment & Expectations

• Flexibility to work in different industries based on staffing needs.
• Willingness to use hand tools, power tools, or equipment with proper training.
• Must comply with all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Availability for various shifts, overtime, or weekend work as required by client assignments.

Other Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass background checks or drug screenings if required by the client.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
