Business Development Consultant
eTrainers.org delivers high‑impact professional development, leadership programs (including John Maxwell workshops), hybrid training solutions, consulting services, and DISC assessments to corporate and government organizations.
We are expanding nationwide — and seeking driven, relationship‑focused Business Development Consultants (BDCs) who want unlimited earning potential and a meaningful mission.
What You’ll Do
* Self‑generate leads and build pipelines targeting corporate and government agencies
* Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking
* Hold discovery conversations, present solutions, and close deals
* Sell subscription eLearning, onsite leadership training, and consulting services
* Build lasting relationships with clients
* Track pipeline activity and maintain CRM updates
* Represent eTrainers.org professionally in meetings and presentations
Compensation
This is a commission‑only role with high earning potential.
* 20% recurring commission on monthly eLearning subscriptions
* 20% commission on instructor-led trainings
* 20% commission on consulting services
* 25% after 120 days of meeting quotas
