HR Business Partner
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field where you demonstrated proficiency with human resources operations, functions and processes. Additionally, you have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role with progressive responsibility where you've rolled out multiple initiatives while serving as a partner to your client group
- You hold or are interested in pursuing an active Professional Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification, showcasing proficiency
- You demonstrate expertise in making sound strategic HR decisions and talent assessment, contributing to organizational success
- You excel in adapting to changing environments, navigating complexity, and strategically promote an inclusive/diverse workforce. You enjoy leveraging these skills for organizational success
- You confidently voice opinions, remain open to new ideas, and willingly deliver tough feedback/coaching to leadership. You enjoy fostering effective communication within the team
- You work collaboratively within a team, embracing humility, admitting mistakes with the intent of learning. You enjoy creating a positive team environment
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to energize and lead in complex, matrix, goal-driven organizations. You enjoy showcasing leadership and analytical prowess
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy consisting of in-office (3 days per week) and work-from-home opportunities (2 days per week)
- Must be available to travel domestically up to 15% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
