Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and personable Pickleball Pros/Ambassadors to join premier indoor pickleball facility. This role blends instruction, community engagement and hospitality, serving as both an expert on the court and a representative of the brand and culture. Pickleball Pros are responsible for coaching players of all levels, hosting clinics and leagues, promoting the sport and creating a welcoming, engaging environment for clientele. The ideal candidate combines teaching expertise, strong interpersonal skills and a passion for growing the pickleball community.

Minimum Requirements
• Extensive knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Previous experience coaching or instructing pickleball, tennis or other racquet sports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, polished and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to demonstrate techniques, play matches and manage high-energy sessions.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications
• USAPA or equivalent pickleball certification.
• Experience hosting leagues, clinics, tournaments or events.
• Background in sports or fitness instruction.
• Ability to create engaging social media or marketing content.
• Experience with facility operations and customer engagement.

Expectations
• Conducts private lessons, group clinics and skills workshops for all player levels.
• Hosts leagues, tournaments and events, ensuring an organized and enjoyable experience.
• Serves as a knowledgeable and approachable ambassador.
• Assists clientele with game strategies, equipment guidance and skill development.
• Promotes pickleball to prospective customers and community organizations.
• Maintains equipment, courts and facilities to professional standards.
• Collaborates with management and other staff to deliver a premium experience.
• Engages with members to foster a welcoming and inclusive culture.
• Contributes to marketing initiatives, including social media posts, newsletters or video content.
• Supports opening and closing procedures for courts, events and programming.
