Real Estate Paralegal

D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Real Estate Paralegal for their Corporate Legal Department. The right candidate will support real estate counsel, other corporate managers, and handle certain issues at our corporate office.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Helps coordinate the processing of various legal documents in connection with the Company’s acquisition, disposition and/or ownership of real property.
- Organize legal documents related to the Company’s legal matters.
- Prepare various documentation.
- Compose letters and routine correspondence.
- Able to use Microsoft Office and Excel.
- May be required to make meeting and travel arrangements.
- Perform general clerical assistance, including preparing packages and telephone duties.
- Process and organize emails and electronic files.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Paralegal certificate.
- Real estate experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products required.
