Quality Storage Buildings is seeking a Sales Leader to guide and develop our sales team as we continue to grow.
This role will lead the day-to-day sales team while ownership focuses on broader sales and marketing strategy. You’ll play a key role in helping the team grow in both performance and personal development. We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading people, building structure, and helping others succeed—not just driving numbers. What Success Looks Like:- Provide consistent leadership and direction for the sales team.

- Develop the team’s ability to serve customers well and close effectively.
- Create visibility into performance and progress.

This role will:
- Participate in ongoing sales coaching.
- Help implement and reinforce training with the team.
- Lead by example in how we serve and communicate with customers.

Core Responsibilities.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead regular sales meetings.
- Encourage a positive, accountable team environment.
- Support team members in their growth and performance.
- Address challenges with clarity and respect.
Coaching & Support:
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Help team members improve their communication and sales skills.
- Reinforce training and best practices.
Performance & Organization:
- Monitor key performance indicators such as close rate, follow-up activity, and overall team performance.
- Help create consistency in daily habits and workflows.
Hiring & Team Building:
- Assist in recruiting and hiring new sales team members.
- Work with ownership on key personnel decisions.
- Help build a strong, aligned team over time.
