About the Role We are seeking a strategic and design-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of how real estate professionals present their brands and run their businesses on This role is unique in its breadth: you will lead the core Agent Directory strategy while simultaneously owning the "Local Expert" advertising experience on our search results pages and driving the vision for team-based branding across the platform.

A major focus of this role will be re-imagining the Agent Directory . We want to transform it from a static search page into an AI-leveraged "Official Digital Office"—a central place where agents can run their businesses. Your success will be measured by your ability to reduce profile creation effort and time, and your impact on helping the directory drive both organic and paid leads.

What You'll Do

  • Re-imagine the Agent Directory: Lead the strategy to transform the directory into a high-performance platform for agents. Leverage AI to reduce profile creation effort and time and drive a significant increase in organic and paid leads.
  • Scale Branding & Ads: Own the roadmap for "Local Expert" search results ads and agent/team branding. You will help define what professional identity looks like both on and off Realtor.com®, working closely with GTM and marketing teams to scale "Real Pro Select" features.
  • Elevate Profile Engagement: Improve profile quality scores and move beyond static profiles to rich media content (video, high-res photography, and dynamic assets) that allows agents to showcase their unique brand identity.
  • Lead Review Acquisition Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive strategy to increase the volume of Realtor.com-owned verified reviews. This includes building native features to capture verified feedback and working with third-party partners like Google to integrate external reviews onto our platform.
  • Drive AI Innovation: Explore and implement AI-driven features like conversational search for agents, predictive matchmaking, and AI-backed expertise badges to differentiate high-performing professionals.
  • Vendor & X-Functional Leadership: Manage third-party vendor relationships and collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics to deliver high-impact UI/UX components that drive revenue and consumer engagement.
  • Rooted in Data & Impact: Use a rigorous, data-driven approach to prioritize ruthlessly, assess marketplace opportunities, and measure ROI for our clients.

What You'll Bring

  • Product Leadership: 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace, advertising technology, or B2B/SaaS environment.
  • Branding & Design Expertise: Proven experience scaling branding features across a large marketplace. You have a keen eye for great products, strong UI instincts, and a high bar for quality.
  • Strategic Vision & Execution: You can translate ambiguous or conflicting inputs into solid action plans and precise requirements. You direct product development toward the highest-ROI opportunities.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer empathy and experience driving product direction based on agent pain points and marketplace opportunities.
  • Bias for Action & Resilience: A self-starter who thrives in "whitespace." You have a track record of moving fast, failing fast, and learning fast in high-growth settings.
  • Strategic Communication & Influence: Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills (including epics and user stories). You have the ability to influence cross-functional teams to prioritize critical data and new initiatives.
  • Revenue & Impact Orientation: A strong focus on driving business impact and sustainable revenue growth through product innovation.
  • Attention to Detail: You sweat the small stuff and consistently raise the team’s standards for quality and precision.
