Call Center Representative
What you will do:
- You will have the opportunity to assist members on the phone, by answering their questions within a wide variety of banking transactions.
- Our representatives also provide online banking support and work on administrative tasks throughout the day.
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one-year similar or related experience.
Employment Details:
- Location: HRCCU Operations Center in Corinth, NY.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:15am to 5pm, with a Saturday shift 9am-1pm rotation. Full time, benefited, 40 hours per week.
