Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bilingual - Spanish (Preferred)
• Customer Service Oriented
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing to submit to a background screening
• Sales and Insurance Experience (Preferred)
• Open availability (Preferred)

Responsibilities :

• Provide great customer service
• Ability to sell insurance policies
• Accurately completing and uploading paperwork, filling, handling and maintaining policies
• Comfortable/ Confident to make outgoing calls to customers for payment reminders or offer promotions, make cold calls, marketing calls. Be able to receive incoming calls from customers and carriers and assist as best as possible
• Marketing; Be comfortable to go to businesses and hand out flyers, market over the phone, and also on social media
• Must be able to obtain required license and certifications related to our industry

Familia Auto Insurance is an agency that helps customers find the best and most affordable insurance rates in the market. We currently have 90+ offices in DFW, San Antonio, and Houston and growing!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
