We are expanding our support team to include a Live Chat Representative who will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our online platforms. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest, whether they're asking about menu items, orders, or employment opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers using online live chat platforms.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding menu items, order statuses, and company employment opportunities.
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for every guest.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
• Maintain professionalism and composure while managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive customer service strategy.
• Stay informed about menu changes, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using chat platforms and familiar with customer service software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Desired Experience

• Previous experience in a chat support role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food service or retail industries is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• Hourly Salary: $18 - $30, based on experience.
