:
Is the responsible for Keeping the financial records that tracks the company's expenditures, profit and loss, cash flow, and other financial activities.
Principal responsibilities
- process checks and deposits that results in monthly financial statements.
- perform billing and collections efforts, when required.
- responsible for accounting processes and task such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, accounts reconciliation, among others.
- prepare monthly journal entries.
- payroll processing.
- conduct bank reconciliations.
- ensure timely, accurate, month- end closing.
- provide financial information as required by the chief financial officer (CFO) for the preparation of monthly reports.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support inter company activities
- assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
Experience required
- this position requires a BBA in Accounting and a minimum of three (3) year's of experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
- Use and knowledge of quick books
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
