An expanding nonprofit Children's Hospital is seeking a fellowship'trained Pediatric ENT to join a well'established, multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, audiologists, and geneticists. Position Highlights:• Flexible, physician'designed schedule with dedicated OR, clinic, and administrative time
• Broad pediatric ENT case mix (tubes, tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, laryngoscopy, tympanoplasty, tongue'tie, thyroglossal duct cysts
• $575K+ total compensation
• $75K post'tax recruitment bonus
• Fellowship stipend available
