Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes. This position requires strong data entry skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in office management tasks. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing schedules, and facilitating communication between various departments.

Compensation:
- Hourly range $20.00 - 22.00 varies depending on experience/qualifications.
- 80 hours paid time off, increase with seniority. (post-probation)
- 10 paid holidays. (post-probation)
- Up to 20% bonus depending on performance.

Summary of duties:
- Assisting suppliers & truckers with any concerns regarding shipments.
- Getting rate quotes from trucking companies.
- Processing purchase orders to suppliers.
- Processing work orders to truckers.
- Performing various administrative duties, including (but not limited to) data entry and record filing.
- Answering the telephone & transferring to the appropriate party.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task and ability to prioritize different tasks
- Positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented.
- Great customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- PC proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications (Office/ Word/ Excel/ Access).
- Accurate typing skills (min 50 words/min).
- Fast & accurate 10-key ability (min 6,000 keys/hour).
- Team player with good communication skills.
