Assistant Manager
Job Title: Assistant Manager (Part-Time) Visa requirement: H4-EAD/GC/USC (Telugu-speaking female only) Company: COSMOS NextGen IT LLC Location: United States (Remote) Compensation: Daily 1hour work. Monthly $500. ? Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day business operations of COSMOS NextGen IT LLC in a professional and organized manner
- Assist with administrative, operational, and coordination tasks across internal business functions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Maintain and organize business documentation, records, and operational notes
- Assist in tracking tasks, schedules, and internal workflows
- Support compliance-related activities and internal process documentation
- Assist in supervision and coordination activities as assigned, following company guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and hours worked, in accordance with hourly employment requirements
- Excellent and proficient English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer science or information technology concepts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Availability required during standard business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, and the candidate must not be engaged in any other employment or concurrent job during this job.
