• Pay Range: $15–$20/hour (based on experience)

• Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday between 7am–7pm, Saturdays 7am–4pm, plus rotating on-call shifts (including Sundays)

• Workload: 41–50 hours per week—plenty of hours if you’re hungry to earn

Your New Role

This position is based in Sunnyvale, TX , supporting customers across the DFW area. You’ll be responsible for the following:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple digital platforms

• Schedule and dispatch jobs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other home services

• Navigate and update ServiceTitan with accuracy and speed

• Collaborate with field technicians and other departments to ensure smooth job execution

• Deliver the kind of customer service that turns first-timers into lifelong clients

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

• 1 year of experience using ServiceTitan

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be comfortable working rotating after-hours shifts, including weekends

• Strong multitasking and communication skills
