Job Summary: The Game and Prize Pro is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both the game room and the redemption area. This includes assisting guests with game play, cleaning arcade machines, monitoring ticket and prize redemption, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a fun and safe environment for all guests. The position involves a combination of cleaning game equipment, ensuring proper ticket handling, and ensuring a clean and organized facility.

Game Room Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide assistance and guidance to guests on how to operate arcade games and machines.
- Answer questions and address customer concerns regarding gameplay or machines.
- Game Monitoring and Cleaning:
- Regularly inspect arcade games to ensure they are fully operational.
- Report problems to the appropriate team members for repair.
- Restock game tokens, cards, or other materials as needed.
- Game Floor Safety and Cleanliness:
- Maintain a clean and safe arcade environment by ensuring all games are in working order and free from hazards.
- Monitor the game floor to ensure it is organized and that all guests are following arcade rules.
- Guest Experience:
- Assist guests during peak hours by providing prompt support and creating an enjoyable atmosphere.
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns politely and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ticket and Prize Redemption:
- Manage the redemption process, ensuring tickets are counted accurately and guests receive their appropriate prizes.
- Help guests choose prizes from the redemption area and ensure the prize shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Maintain an accurate tally of ticket values and prize inventory.
- Prize Area Organization:
- Keep the redemption area neat and organized, ensuring that prizes are neatly displayed and easily accessible to guests.
- Ensure that prize levels correspond to ticket values and restock prizes when necessary.
- Customer Interaction in Redemption Area:
- Offer suggestions for prizes based on ticket count and assist guests in selecting appropriate rewards.
- Ensure that the redemption area is welcoming, fun, and engaging for guests of all ages.
- Cash and Transaction Handling:
- Assist with any point-of-sale transactions related to prize redemption or game tokens, handling credit cards accurately and efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or an entertainment-related environment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic game malfunctions or escalate issues as needed.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, especially in managing ticket counts and redemption inventories.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the arcade floor for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and move small to medium-weight items (up to 30 lbs).
- Comfort with bending, stooping, and reaching to maintain machines and organize prizes.
Working Conditions:- Work takes place in an arcade environment, which can be noisy or crowded, especially during peak times.
- The position requires interaction with guests throughout the day and may require standing or walking for long periods.
- Must be able to maintain composure and provide excellent service in a busy, high-energy setting.
