Plumbing Drain Camera Specialist

What's in it for You?
Hourly Pay: $27–$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Performance Bonus: Monthly opportunity to earn commission, up to 20% on revenue earned above target
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
On-Call Rotation: Weekend emergency rotation every 6–8 weeks
Weekly Hours: 41–50 hours per week

Your New Role
Use drain and sewer camera equipment to inspect and evaluate plumbing systems
Identify problems like root intrusion, collapsed pipes, grade issues, or pipe deterioration
Communicate findings clearly to customers and offer practical repair or replacement options
Recommend services such as hydro-jetting, pipe repair, or trenchless solutions
Record inspection results with detailed notes and reports
Keep all camera and locator tools in working condition with regular maintenance
Collaborate with service and installation teams to complete jobs efficiently
Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes
Provide a positive and respectful customer experience from start to finish
Location: Based in Tyler, TX and serving customers within a 40-mile radius of 75703

Active Texas Tradesman Plumber License or higher
3–5 years of plumbing experience, including work with camera inspection equipment
Ability to diagnose plumbing issues and clearly explain them to customers
Skilled in documenting work and providing clear written reports
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to participate in a rotating emergency call schedule
