Full Stack Engineer - Hybrid
The client is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise and a solid command of TypeScript to join their growing team in Austin, Texas. In this hybrid role, youll play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications that power our core platforms.
While experience with blockchain or Web3 technologies is not required, a willingness to learn and explore new technologies is always valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build beautiful, performant front-ends. Turn designs into applications with the professionalism and aesthetics to delight institutional users.
- Translate complex financial logic into code. Work alongside product teams to understand and capture the nuances of their industry in our workflows.
- Meet institutional standards. Harden our code to ensure it meets our clients rigorous requirements for the security and robustness of their technical systems.
- Explore new products. Deep-dive into new areas of the financial system alongside experts, exploring ideas and helping to shape future products.
Qualifications:
- You ship, not just code. You've been directly responsible for taking major features or entire products from idea to production. You've owned the full lifecycle of significant technical projects, not just contributed to them.
- Full-stack typescript. You're experienced with TypeScript, both front-end and back-end (blockchain development experience is not necessary).
- Experience with data grids. Our applications streamline complex workflows that require showing a lot of data. We use AG Grid, and experience with this library is a big plus.
- Startup mindset. You're adaptable, self-directed, and at ease with ambiguity. You've probably worked at (and enjoyed) an early-stage startup before.
