THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years in HVAC service/operations leadership
• Proficient in HVAC service procedures and warranty standards
• Strong team management and communication skills
• Strong computer and software skills (CMMS, Service Titan, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Ability to obtain a Texas HVAC license within 2 years

The ability to maintain a professional attitude, comply with all company policies, and provide 4 weeks' notice for resignation is preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A RETAIL AND WARRANTY OPERATIONS MANAGER

Every day, you take charge of the engine that drives our service excellence. You lead from the front-managing retail HVAC repairs, steering warranty service processes, and driving retrofit sales performance. You work closely with our Service Managers, guiding technician teams to operate at their peak. From developing and implementing training programs to tracking performance and maintaining certifications, you ensure our field teams are not only compliant but consistently exceptional. Your leadership is the foundation that keeps our customers happy and our technicians growing.
