Clinical Liaison - RN
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Marketing Liaison to join our team in the Houston area. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven RN or LVN with a strong background in healthcare marketing and referral development.
Position Overview:
The Clinical Marketing Liaison is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, educating the community on hospice services, and supporting census growth while maintaining compliance with hospice regulations.
Requirements:
- Active RN or LVN license (Texas)
- Proven marketing experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare
- Strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, or community partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of hospice eligibility and services preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain referral relationships
- Conduct in-service presentations and community outreach
- Represent the hospice professionally in the community
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams
- Track and report marketing activities and outcomes
