Alamo Concrete Products Company, ACP, is headquartered in San Antonio, TX with 8 Divisions throughout the Greater Central/South Texas Region. ACP produces and delivers concrete and operates Aggregate Quarries that supply concrete, aggregate (rock) and sand to the batch plants.

We are hiring a Lube Technician our Quarry in San Antonio, Texas. The Lube Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, haul units, portable crushing and screening plants, and other earth moving equipment.

Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Inspect mechanical equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with maintenance and repair activities.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment under direct supervision.
• Understand equipment operation and placement to support effective service and repairs.
• Assist with mechanical field projects as needed.
• Fuel and service on-site equipment.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality.
• Follow all PPE protocols, including proper use, care, and timely replacement.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of equipment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and physical examination.
• Able to follow directions and guidance from supervisors and management.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and reporting mechanical issues.
• Able to communicate using two-way radios and other communication devices.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational needs.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and early mornings.
