Medical Director for Aesthetic Injections (Medspa) (Houston)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Physician to join our upscale Medspa in Houston to provide aesthetic injectable treatments , including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers . The ideal candidate has a passion for aesthetic medicine, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results and client care in a professional, client-centered environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations , assess client goals, and develop customized treatment plans.
• Perform injectable procedures , including but not limited to:
  • Botox / Dysport for wrinkle reduction
  • Dermal fillers for volume restoration and facial contouring
  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments (if applicable)
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, treatment notes, and consent documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and techniques in aesthetic medicine.
• Provide clinical oversight and collaborate with the aesthetic team (NPs, PAs, RNs, estheticians).
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and manage expectations.
• Support and participate in promotional events, open houses, and marketing initiatives when needed.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with a valid medical license in the state of Texas (in good standing).
• Board-certified in a relevant specialty (e.g., dermatology, plastic surgery, family medicine, internal medicine, etc.).
• Prior experience in aesthetic injectables
• Certification in Botox and dermal fillers from an accredited training provider.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• High ethical standards and a strong focus on patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development in medical aesthetics.
