The Role

As our Forge Host, you are the guardian of the first impression and the architect of the final one. You aren’t just "manning a desk"—you are the face of The Forge. You create genuine connections, guide our community through their longevity journey, and transform curious visitors into long-term members.

This role is a high-vibe blend of hospitality, strategic sales, and wellness advocacy. You are here to tell our story, build our tribe, and ensure every person who walks through our doors feels like the most important person in the room.

• Socially Savvy: You’re comfortable jumping on an IG Story or capturing a quick "behind the scenes" moment for the community.

Your Mission (Key Responsibilities)

• Ignite the Experience: Greet every client with warmth and energy. You set the "temperature" for the entire studio.

• Master the Circuit: Educate clients on our full Elemental Circuit—from Group Classes to our Cryo and Fire rooms.

• Drive Growth: Confidently manage leads and convert walk-ins into members. You’re comfortable "asking for the close" because you believe in the value we provide.

• Operational Excellence : Manage scheduling, check-ins, and studio aesthetics with precision.

• Brand Ambassador : Assist with in-studio promotions, events, and social media content to keep our community buzzing.

• Our conversion rates stay high because you guide leads with confidence and clarity.

• The front desk feels like a premium concierge service, not a transaction counter.

• Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury retail

• Sales or customer experience background

• Personal interest in fitness, recovery, nutrition, or holistic health
