Compliance Operations Manager

CMA is seeking a motivated Compliance Operations Manager to lead and support our Compliance Coordinators. If you have a passion for compliance and leadership, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor Compliance Coordinator Supervisors.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance with quarterly reviews.
• Develop and oversee compliance inspection schedules and ensure timely onboarding for new associations.
• Collaborate with Senior VP Client Services to address client needs.
• Monitor department metrics and adjust resources as needed.
• Audit work for accuracy and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Manage escalated service inquiries and ensure compliance deadlines are met.
• Coordinate training efforts with boards and operations staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of industry experience and supervisory training preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of association governing documents and policies.
• Ability to manage client relationships and inspire team performance.
