Property Manager
We’re looking for a reliable property manager to oversee daily operations at a small 13-unit motel. This position includes free on-site housing with all bills paid (except groceries and phone). Responsibilities include: Collecting weekly rent from tenants Checking guests in and out Making weekly bank deposits Managing housekeeping and cleaning rooms Performing basic property maintenance This role is ideal for either a single individual or a couple (man and woman) who can share responsibilities. Requirements: Must have a valid visa or work authorization in the U.S. Must be able to speak and write in English Local candidates in Texas preferred Must be able to start within the next month 1-year minimum commitment required
