Corporate Trainer
About the Role:
Are you energized by helping people learn, grow, and
confidently use new tools? We’re looking for a dynamic Corporate
Trainer who can turn complex software and business processes
into engaging, easy-to-understand learning experiences. In this
role, you’ll design and deliver impactful training programs that
align with business goals and support successful onboarding, implementation,
and Go-Live moments. You’ll work with diverse audiences, using
everything from webinars and workshops to one-on-one coaching to meet learners
where they are. If you love presenting, problem-solving, and continuously

What You ’ll Do:
- Design, deliver, and maintain engaging learning
programs that build skills across departments, products, platforms, and client
types. - Partner with business leaders to assess development needs,
recommend learning solutions, and create impactful training content. - Facilitate training through instructor-led sessions,
webinars, coaching, onboarding, and Go-Live support using adult learning
principles. - Manage training projects, coordinate resources, and
contribute to curriculum development, mentoring, and continuous improvement
initiatives (with up to 45% travel as needed).
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Finance,
Math, Computer/Engineering Sciences, or product-related field), or an
equivalent combination of education and experience - Eight plus (8+) years of training and curriculum/course
design experience with strong instructional design skills focused on adult
learners - Five plus (5+) years of experience leading corporate
learning and development projects - Four (4) years of relevant industry, field, or software
training experience - Proven ability to present to large groups and communicate
effectively with individuals - Proven ability to facilitate training sessions in
a friendly, clear, and effective manner - Ability to lead and develop training aligned with
organizational initiatives - Ability to make sound decisions
in identifying training solutions and proactively resolving learner
issues - Strong client-centered focus
- Strong ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize
multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Team-oriented disposition with the ability to build
cooperative working relationships with employees, partners, and clients - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate
effectively with both technical and non-technical teams - Ability to travel up to 45% of the time or as business needs

Annual Salary Range:
$84,800 - $95,400
