Shades of Green is a family-owned nursery and landscape company specializing in North Texas native perennials and drought-tolerant plants. We’re looking for a Garden Center Sales Professional to join our team and help customers create beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and plant advice
Care for and maintain plants to ensure quality and presentation
Assist customers using GUEST & LEARN service models
Organize, label, and stock inventory
Keep nursery lots clean and inviting
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
Passion for plants and people
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Team-oriented attitude
Plant knowledge helpful but not required
