Order Management Specialist
- Accurately enter order information into ERP or order management systems (JD Edwards).
- Verify product codes, pricing, delivery dates, and customer account details prior to order entry.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues related to order accuracy, pricing, or delivery.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records of all order documentation.
- Support the invoicing process by ensuring all order data aligns with billing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of order entry, customer service, or sales support experience - preferably in the oil and gas, manufacturing, or industrial supply sectors.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (JDE).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of oilfield equipment, parts, and terminology is a plus.
